Account deletion is done in the app

Your Dashme account can be closed from the Dashme mobile app or the web app settings. Once your personal and business balances are zero, submit a closure request. Your account will be scheduled for permanent removal after a 90-day notice period, following admin approval.

Steps to delete your account

1. Open the Dashme app on your phone.
2. Go to your Profile or Settings (usually via the menu or your avatar).
3. Scroll down to the red section labelled Danger zone.
4. Tap Close my account and complete the 3-step flow (personal and business balance must be 0).
5. After submitting, you will see a confirmation screen with the scheduled closure date (90 days).

Important

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All data linked to your account will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy (retention, deletion, or anonymization as required by law).

If you have a remaining balance, consider withdrawing or transferring it before deleting your account. If you need help, contact us before proceeding.
